West Valley Property Services was created to solve a problem we personally experienced and one we know many property owners face. When leaving town, we struggled to find someone we truly trusted to access our home. Someone that could check our packages, mail, trash cans or just water my favorite plants.
We also cared about how our home was treated inside. Cleanliness mattered. We wanted to return to a home that felt untouched not one that reminded us strangers had been there. Sometimes we needed help. Nothing is more annoying that stressing before a vacation or right when you come back.
Those experiences became the foundation of West Valley Property Services.
Why We Built This Company
Like many homeowners and property owners, we found that most available options were solely focused on a quick check and not a full walk through for potential issues and caring for my property when I need it.
